Sound Alerts Anniversary Update — 2026
Yes, it is that time of the year again. If you are new, let us explain: The 23rd of April marks the Sound Alerts birthday. On this date, we publish our yearly Anniversary Update, featuring product improvements, new features, and surprises related to Sound Alerts. Our tool turns 8 this year, which is already amazing in a fast-paced environment like the livestreaming space. To celebrate this occasion properly, we’ll unveil some of the additions that you can expect from us in the near future - let's dive in!
Fullscreen Alerts are coming!
We looked for ways to make your stream alerts more immersive. Fullscreen alerts do this by adding effects that cover your entire stream for a short time. These effects range from a firework display to an extended Sub Gift celebration. If our effect library doesn’t have what you want, you can quickly add your own videos.
Extended Monetization through Coins and Tipping Payouts
In addition to existing alert enablers like Bits or Channel Points, we will add Sound Alerts Coins. A new way for your viewers to support your stream, allowing you to payout your revenue share directly via the Sound Alerts Dashboard and creating a new regular income stream. The main advantages of Coins will include optimized fees, fair pricing for your viewers, and automated monthly payouts directly through Sound Alerts.

We have exciting plans to improve Sound Alerts in these areas in 2026:
- Automated Chatbot giveaways and other improvements are coming
- Our Animation catalog will get a rehaul, along with additional designs for you to choose from
- Like the Scene Editor, other major parts of the Dashboard will receive big design updates that will make it even easier to navigate through all Sound Alerts tools
- Additional tabs and features for your Tipping Profiles
