Sound Alerts Careers

The ideal candidate will have strong writing/communication skills and demonstrate their passion for streaming and streaming tech.

Responsibilities

• You will join our support team to improve the content of the Sound Alerts Help Center and answer user questions via Discord or mail
• You will maintain and update all existing guides to match the current feature status
• You will create in-depth articles for new Sound Alerts features
• You will coordinate the implementation of common user issues and challenges in our Help Center

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a writer or editor for online news, guides, or other support resources
• You are familiar with the streaming ecosystem on Twitch
• You know the ins and outs of streaming tech, including software like OBS, chatbots, and other streaming tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Experience with Sound Alerts and our Dashboard is a bonus
• Experience as a Twitch/Discord moderator or as a Twitch streamer is a bonus

This is an international job posting for a remote position — we are open to candidates around the globe if they meet the listed criteria. For German residents, employment is possible. Otherwise, this position is a freelance contract.
